We had been searching for a vacation home in Arizona we could use to escape Colorado's cold winter months.

After months of searching in both Phoenix and Tucson we found the perfect house on Zillow and knew it would not last long. We were referred to Scott by a friend and asked him to go over and check out the house on our behalf the second day it was listed. We trusted Scott and had him write up an offer without us ever seeing the house in person, only what we saw online. The owner accepted the offer and in less than 3 weeks we closed. We could not be happier with the property and have enjoyed the process of furnishing it and making it our own. Since we are out of town owners Scott has been gracious enough to repeated go to the house and accept deliveries on our behalf long after we closed. He was present for all of the home inspections that we did (overall home, plumbing, roof, pest control). Also, Scott took the time to drive over to our house on several occasions to drop off paper work if we were unable to make it to his office. One morning he drove all the way to my husband's job in order to get his signature for a document. My husband's job is about 40 minutes away from his office. It is not around the corner. "We used Scott S anson to buy a home in and to sell our condo in the Foothills. Not only did he sell our condo in record time but we also won best in show on the tour of homes! Scott gave us his undivided attention. He answered every question, made things happen as they should and was the best realtor we have ever had. We sold and bought homes here in AZ before and in PA but never had an experience as satisfying as this one. If we ever need a realtor again, it will be Scott Sanson hands down. "We used Scott to assist in locating and purchasing a condo which we use as a winter home. Scott was hosting an open house when we met him. Our initial impressions were favourable and some time later we contacted him to assist us. His knowledge of the area and ability to zero in on listings we might be interested in was very good. Once a decision was made to make an offer he worked hard to make sure we were aware of all legal issues. After some negotiation an offer was accepted. Scott's connections and knowledge made the process very fluid. He arranged for the home inspection, termite inspection and helped us with the title agency paperwork. This was all accomplished in a very tight timeline because we had to return to Canada two days after our offer was accepted. Calls were always returned promptly. We were suitably impressed with his efforts and recommended him to friends who were also searching for property. His honesty, drive and positive personality made our home buying experience the best of the 5 homes we have purchased over our married lives.KP, PG, Alberta Canada"
